A quote from “Blade Runner” provides the title for this show: “I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe . . . All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain.” It’s a pretty thought, but its connection to Biggs’s new videos isn’t fully established. Similarly, her juxtaposition of images, while lovely, doesn’t always cohere. Cadets at the Citadel perform an intricately choreographed march; a blind equestrian champion puts her horse through its paces; polar bears swim an underwater circuit in Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo; and football players crawl through a network of tires, under the image of a nearly motionless falcon.
